What are the shipping costs?

The cost of shipping is in Italy is 6.80 € up to 1 kg

Is the shipping higher if I order a larger number of products?

The cost is 7,90€ for a quantity of products not exceeding 1 kg.

Deliveries in Sicily is 10,50€ for a quantity of products not exceeding 1 kg in weight.

Deliveries in Sardinia is € 13.00 for a quantity of products that does not exceed 1 kg in weight.

Deliveries to Venice Laguna and the smaller islands has an extra charge of 27.00€.

We also deliver to Livigno and Campione d'Italia with an extra charge of € 40.00 (+ customs fees).

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time: (if the order is received the same day before 13.00)

In central-northern Italy: after 2-3 working days.

In southern Italy in general and in the larger islands: 2-5 working days.

There are no deliveries on weekends and holidays.

Who delivers my order?

The delivery of products ordered in our online store is made as soon as possible and depends on the availability of products. We will deliver the products to the address through the GLS delivery service, which you have declared during the registration or purchase process. We advise you to specify the address where you are available in the morning. We also advise you to write a cell phone number where you are available in the morning as the courier will be able to call you and arrange the delivery method. Each shipment is delivered to the address indicated by the sender. For this reason, the driver asks the recipient to sign on the PDA, or, if the sender requests it, to type in a dedicated and unique PIN code.

The tracking number is particularly important: you can get the information you need only if you have it. This number is provided by the sender at the time of sending your shipment.

If the shipment cannot be delivered to the specified address, the driver leaves a notice notifying the recipient of the first and second step. This document, which is called a "pass notice," contains key information such as the shipment number and contact information for the appropriate GLS Location.
